How can I contact customer support?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

 

No, you can absolutely check out as a guest! However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping details, view your order history, and track current shipments more easily.

Books & Merchandise:

Are your books available in paperback, hardcover, or digital formats?

Format availability depends on the specific title. Please check the individual product page for the book you are interested in to see if it is available in paperback, hardcover, or eBook formats.

How should I care for the apparel/merchandise?

  

To keep your gear looking fresh and the prints lasting long, we recommend washing our hoodies and shirts inside out in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed designs.

An item I want is out of stock. Will it return?

 

We frequently restock our core merchandise and book inventory. You can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page, or join our newsletter to be the first to know when a popular item is back on shelves.

  • Pre-Orders: If you purchased a book or merchandise item on pre-order, it will ship on or around the release date listed on the product page.

  • Note: If your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, they will [ship together when the pre-order is ready / ship separately as they become available].

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

 

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. On average, domestic shipments take 3–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping times vary significantly depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package.

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • Pre-Orders: If you purchased a book or merchandise item on pre-order, it will ship on or around the release date listed on the product page.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges:

What is your refund policy?

      We want you to love your purchase!

 

  • Merchandise/Apparel: Unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached can be returned or exchanged within [30/14] days of delivery.

  • Books: Books must be in their original, unread, pristine condition to qualify for a return.

  • Note: Digital products (like eBooks) and final sale items cannot be returned.

 

How do I start a return or exchange?

 

Please email us at CrotonaJohn@CodringtonInternational.com or Crotona.John@aol.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and I will guide you through the process.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

 

Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

 

I am so sorry to hear that! Please email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged book or merchandise. I will gladly send out a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

Payment & Security:

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as secure checkout options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

 

Absolutely. Our storefront is built on a secure e-commerce platform, ensuring all your data and payment information is completely encrypted and safe from unauthorized access.

Signed Book Copies:

Can I get a signed copy of a book?

 

Yes! We occasionally offer limited quantities of signed copies. If a book is available with an author signature, it will be clearly listed as a separate "Signed Edition" option on the product page. Because these copies are limited, they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that standard signed copies feature the author's signature only and cannot be personalized with specific names or messages.

Can I request a personalized or signed book?

 

Absolutely! We love offering personalized copies when available. They do cost a little more due to having to be shipping by John Codrington himself. To request a signed copy with a specific dedication (e.g., "To John" or a short message), look for the customization text box on the book’s product page before adding it to your cart.

Please note: Personalized orders are final sale and may require an additional [2–4] business days of processing time before they ship out.
